Recently, the combined unit of sintering waste heat energy recovery and sintering ternary flow energy-saving main exhaust fan (SHRT) designed by our company was put into trial operation in a customer in Hebei province. all the operation indexes were better than the industry standards and were well received by the customers. it has successfully passed the equipment acceptance, laying a solid foundation for the formal production of the project. it is reported that this unit is the first ternary flow energy-saving SHRT unit in China.

SHRT unit is a new type of energy recovery unit with sintering waste heat energy recovery and motor driving the ternary flow energy-saving sintering main exhaust fan, which is composed of sintering waste heat turbine, variable speed clutch, ternary flow energy-saving sintering main exhaust fan and synchronous motor.

The SHRT unit directly acts on the shaft system of the main exhaust fan from the sintering waste heat recovery energy of the iron and steel enterprise, and achieves the purpose of energy saving by reducing the motor current. That is, through system integration to improve energy recovery efficiency, save investment and operating costs. According to the design value, when the process steam system is normal, the recovered energy can save more than 90% of the motor power, especially with our company's three-way flow energy-saving fan, the energy saving rate of the whole unit is more than 20% higher than that of the traditional unit.

The ternary flow energy-saving fan is a new invention patented product of our company. The efficiency of the whole machine is 10-15% higher than that of the traditional fan in China. The actual service life and reliability of the equipment are also significantly improved. It has cross-era significance. Up to now, 150 sets of various energy-saving fans have provided high-quality services to our customers.
