It has greatly shocked my factory-warmly congratulated my company on the successful solution of the vibration problem of the primary dust removal fan for 120-ton converter steelmaking in Jiangsu Yonggang.

Jiangsu Yonggang Group's No.3 Steelmaking Plant is equipped with 3 gas recovery fans for one-time dust removal. Since it was put into operation in July 2011, the 1# standby fan has not been used online due to excessive vibration of the fan casing and pipeline during the gas recovery process. When 2# and 3# fans need to be offline for maintenance or abnormal, only release measures can be taken on site because 1# fan cannot be started, which will have a great impact on gas recovery. In order to solve the above problems as soon as possible, Yonggang has repeatedly asked the original manufacturer and many well-known domestic fan manufacturers to conduct a joint review of the above problems and formulate a rectification plan, but it still failed to find the root cause of the problem, resulting in the fan for five or six years. It has been unable to be put into use, and this problem has been perplexing the leaders and technicians of the third steelmaking plant.

This year, when the business personnel of our company exchanged fans with the personnel of Yonggang Energy Division, they learned that the vibration problem of the 1# fan for primary dust removal for 120-ton converter steelmaking in No.3 Steelmaking Plant has been perplexing users all the time. In order to help users solve the problem, our chairman, technology minister and after-sales minister went to the site to investigate and analyze the vibration problem in April 2017.

Through the vibration detection of the pipeline and the fan body, the preliminary analysis of the site by our company's leaders should be the pipeline resonance caused by the surge of the fan itself. The company still did not dare to be careless about this, and specially arranged personnel to carry out follow-up investigation on the site. Then the company's technical experts and designers held a "Symposium on Vibration of No.1 Fan Dust Removal in Yonggang" to solve this problem and finally worked out a complete solution. The analysis is still the original fan's own design process and manufacturing process problems, the company uses the three-way flow patented technology (invention patent ZL 201310357109.6) to redesign the rotor and air inlet, the whole set of transformation program completely solve the fan vibration problem.

In June 2017, Xi 'an Shengtang Blower Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yonggang Group successfully signed a project renovation contract and implementation plan. Through the efforts of Shengtang people for more than 3 months, the installation and renovation were finally completed in late October 2017. On October 31, 2017, the 1# fan was started for trial run. When the fan met the gas recovery conditions at high speed, the vibration value of the 1# fan bearing box seat was ≦ 1 mm/s, the vibration value of the casing and pipe network is about 3.0 mm/s, which is a complete fan vibration problem and normal gas recovery. The personnel of both sides were very happy, and the user said excitedly: "now we can finally go to production with confidence and boldness, and we don't have to worry about the problem of not having a spare fan". This is also another difficult problem that Xi'an Shengtang Blower Co., Ltd. once again uses ternary flow technology to solve for users in the process of energy-saving transformation.
