D series centrifugal blowers are high-speed blowers. All blowers are equipped with speed increasers (hydraulic couplings are also added when used for coke oven gas transportation). The working speed is generally between 5000-15000rpm related to import and export parameters. Gears, impellers and main shafts of speed increasers are made of high-strength alloy steel. Large units are usually equipped with automatic control systems. The driving mode is respectively electric motors or industrial steam turbines based on power, it is widely used in blast furnace air supply system, gas compression equipment, coke oven gas pressurization, etc. This kind of fan is designed with high-efficiency ternary flow technology for the whole series, and the efficiency of the whole machine is 5-8% higher than that of traditional technology, especially when driven by high power, the energy saving effect is very significant. At present, the maximum flow of this series of fans can be up to 4600 m.3/min, pressure up to 7kgf/cm2.
